Veronica Wainwright   Veronica Wainwright, General Manager, has over 10 years of experience in real estate and title issues and extensive familiarity with all aspects of real estate closings. Her thorough knowledge of real estate transactions led to her appointment as Chairman of the Education Committee of the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors. She is Secretary of the Tred Avon Yacht Club and a Foundation board member of the Talbot County Free Library and also serves in the Rotary Club of Easton, Maryland and the Chesapeake Women’s Network. Veronica earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bridgewater State College in Bridgewater, Massachusetts and has held a Maryland State Title Insurance license since 1995.
   
Saundra Jo Barrett   Saundra Jo DeFord, Denton Office Manager, or “Sandy” as she is known to family and friends, has been in the title business for over 16 years. She has a background in title examination and is familiar with title issues and requirements of local jurisdictions. Sandy is a member of the Burial Sites Advisory Board for Caroline County, a member of the Caroline County Historical Society, a Girl Scout Leader, and participant in other community and church related activities. Sandy attended Towson State University, majoring in History. A native of Caroline County, Maryland and mother of two, she currently resides in Denton.
   
Saundra Jo Barrett  

Judd Vickers, Cambridge Office Manager, has over ten years experience in the real estate industry and has acted in the capacity of both title examiner and settlement coordinator at Eastern Shore Title. He recently received the designation of Certified Land Title Professional from the Maryland Land Title Association and has had additional experience in commercial real estate and acquisitions. A lifelong resident of Cambridge, Judd serves as Commissioner of the Municipal Utilities Commission, is a member of the Cambridge Yacht Club, and has been active in the West End Citizens Association since its inception. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salisbury University and has also successfully completed the Principals and Practices of the Title Industry course series at Baltimore Community College.

   
   

Beverly Macindoe, Senior Title Examiner and a native of Talbot County, has been preparing title work research since 1980, when she began working for the law firm of Henry, Hairston & Price. She has been with Eastern Shore Title Company since its inception in 1989. Beverly attended University of Maryland and currently lives near Trappe, Maryland with husband, Bill.
